Refund Policy

Overview

ArtCraft AI sells one-time credit packs and monthly subscriptions through Stripe. This policy explains when refunds may apply.

Credit packs

Credit packs are digital goods consumed when you run HD exports.

• Unused credits on a pack may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack.
• Once any credit from the pack has been spent on processing, the pack is generally non-refundable.
• Contact us with your order ID from Settings → Payments.

Subscriptions

• You may cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact us within 7 days and we will review with Stripe records.
• Partial-period refunds after intentional use of subscription credits are typically not offered.

How to request a refund

Email support from the address on your account, or open a ticket in Settings → Tickets, and include:

1. Order number or Stripe receipt
2. Reason for the request
3. Whether credits were used

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may pause the account while the dispute is investigated. Please reach out first so we can resolve billing issues faster.
