ArtCraft AI (“we”, “our”) operates artcraftai.online — browser-based AI photo tools (remove background, upscale, enhance). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — name, email, and credentials when you register.
2. Usage data — tool actions, credit consumption, and feature usage needed to run billing and abuse prevention.
3. Uploaded images — files you submit for processing. They are sent to our cloud inference provider to complete the job.
4. Payment data — handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
5. Device / log data — browser type, IP, and basic diagnostics for security and reliability.
6. Cookies — session and preference cookies; optional analytics only if enabled and consented.

How We Use Information

• Provide remove-bg, upscale, and enhance processing
• Authenticate accounts and manage credits / subscriptions
• Process payments and send receipts
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and quota abuse
• Improve reliability and support

Processors

We use trusted processors such as Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, object storage (if configured), and AI inference providers (e.g. Fal) to run photo jobs. They process data only to provide the service.

Data Retention

• Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax / fraud prevention.
• Uploaded images and results are retained only as long as needed to deliver the download and operate the service; we do not sell your images.

Your Choices

• Update profile data in Settings
• Cancel subscriptions in Settings → Billing
• Request account deletion via support / tickets
• Manage cookie preferences when the consent banner is enabled
